Welcome to Bethel United Methodist Church

Bethel, the church of the open heart, open mind and the open door, expresses the love of Jesus Christ by supporting each other to become disciples who follow Jesus’ example, care for one another, spread God’s word, and promote God’s mission, all within the power of the Holy Spirit.

Maundy Thursday, April 18, 7 pm – Candlelight worship in which we are invited to experience being at the table with Jesus during the Last Supper

Good Friday, April 19, 7 pm – Contemplative worship in which we are invited to reflect on Jesus’ suffering and death in light of his resurrection

Saturday, April 20, 10 am – Easter Egg Hunt, cookie decorating, crafts & Easter story time with Pastor Dan

Easter Sunrise, April 21, 6:30 am – Gather in the Garden of Remembrance to celebrate the Risen Christ

Easter Celebration – April 21, 9:25 am – Gather in the Sanctuary to celebrate the presence of Resurrected Christ in our lives today

Worship is our way of connecting with God – encountering his incredible, unconditional love and grace that transforms us into people who live and love like Jesus.

Through worship we open our hearts to receive God’s love, we experience the Spirit moving deep within our souls, and we join in celebration of a new life that Jesus offers to those who dare to follow him.

Child care is offered during worship and Sunday school.

Mulch Anyone?

Our Troop 456 Boy Scouts are selling mulch (bagged and bulk).

If you’re eyeing those flower beds and thinking you need mulch, please consider supporting Troop 456 in their fundraising efforts.  Bethel has a 456 scout, Jacob Camden, who’d be happy to sell you some!
