Sunday School Children's and Teen's Education AT Bethel UMC, we teach Sunday school for grades K-8 through a Workshop Rotation Model. The curriculum is taken from lessons posted on Rotation.org. These lessons focus on Old Testament Bible stories and Jesus’ life. The same Bible story is taught for 4-6 weeks. Students move to a different workshop each week. They experience the same story for several weeks in a row through a different teaching medium. The lessons are presented through computer programs, crafts, art, music, cooking, drama, puppetry and games. Classes meet on Sunday at 9:00am on the second floor of the Education Building. Our preschool children are taught lessons in Bethel’s Nursery through the Cokesbury Methodist learning series. Bethel's Nursery is open each Sunday morning for the 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM Services. Staffing is provided by a paid worker and a youth volunteer. For questions related to the Nursery, please contact Connie Pautz or e-mail nursery@bethelunitedmethodist.org. Adult Education Adult classes offer a variety of subjects depending on the class participant's interests. Classes include Bible Study and Contemporary Issues. Classes meet each Sunday at 9:00 AM except during the summer. Bible Study - George (G) Gaehle (facilitator) Contemporary Issues
