West County Christian Academy

It is with sadness that we announce the closing of West County Christian
Academy here at Bethel. Director Chris Blair is excited about
her new job at the St. Louis Zoo where she will be taking animals on
field trips to schools, nursing homes, and organizations and teaching
the public about these animals.
The school board of directors has decided to close the school instead
of finding new teachers. Their last day was Friday, May 23.
The school has been a great asset to Bethel. We have enjoyed the
enthusiasm of the children and their teachers. They have made the church come alive on
week days.
We will miss them!
